Beautifully Broken
Two small words with big impact. There is much to be said of brokenness. Depending on who you ask, it could be a disaster or it could truly be beautiful. You could also experience both emotions within the same person. When I think of being beautifully broken, I think of growth.
Sometimes our life choices or circumstances require breaking. While it may seem scary, I find rest in knowing that anything that is broken can be rebuilt when being cared for by an expert.
The heartache you felt- Beautifully Broken
The missed Opportunity- Beautifully Broken
The Divorce- Beautifully Broken
The Miscarriage- Beautifully Broken
The Job Transition- Beautifully Broken
No matter what is happening in your life. No matter if you can see your way out, or if you can’t see past your next step, God is Good. He is preparing you. He in nurturing you. He is strengthening you. He is going before you.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10 (NLT)
What does this truly mean? It means, that all things that you endure God knew. He knew you would endure them and he knew that you would walk through it. He goes before you. There is nothing that God is not prepared for. There is nothing that he can not control. There is no boundary or door that he cant open or close. God is beautiful, even in our brokenness.
Sister, find rest in your brokenness. Find peace in knowing that when you allow God to repair what has been broken , He makes it better. He makes it new. You can go on. You are strong. You will Finish.
Philippians 1:6 says “ And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. (NLT)
When you change your mindset, you allow Strength to reside where fear once dwelled. Although we don’t know how long the rain will last, or how severe the storm may be, God is sending a Rainbow. He is the Rainbow. He is the promise. When it rains, the ground is watered and new life begins. When it storms, things may be destroyed but it leaves room for a rebuild. Anything built on a firm foundation can be rebuilt.
What area is God asking you to allow Him to rebuild?
What area is he breaking so you can trust in His Beauty?
Take a moment to think on this.
God is waiting and he wants nothing more than you turn your brokenness into Beauty.
Allow Him to Lead and Love You.
